ORDER FULFILLMENT & PICKUP
At FreeFast.Food, we provide a concierge service to secure your meal at the best possible price. Because we deal with fresh food, our fulfillment process differs from traditional retail shipping.

1. Drive-Thru & Counter Pickup
Most orders are fulfilled via the vendor's drive-thru or walk-in counter. To ensure quality, vendors typically begin preparing your food only when you arrive at the location and check in. You are responsible for arriving at the correct vendor location to collect your order.

2. Fulfillment Confirmation
An order is considered "Fulfilled" once FreeFast.Food has successfully placed the order with the vendor on your behalf. Once fulfilled, the transaction is complete from our end, and the responsibility for collection rests with you.

3. Delivery (Coming Soon)
When delivery services (such as DoorDash or UberEats) are utilized, fulfillment is complete once the third-party driver collects the order from the vendor. We are not liable for delays or handling issues caused by third-party delivery platforms.

4. No-Show Policy
Because food is perishable, vendors cannot hold orders indefinitely. If you fail to pick up your order, FreeFast.Food cannot issue a refund, as the service to procure the meal has already been completed and the vendor has been paid.

5. Issues & Errors
If there is an error with the food preparation (e.g., wrong ingredients), please address it with the vendor on-site for the fastest resolution. For billing or app-related issues, contact us via our support form.
