Food has a default and legal no refund or return policy, because of it's perishable and possible to contaminate after it leaves the store, so it's for everyone's safety.

However, simply contact us and we'll attempt to diagnose any issue and make it right within reason.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
