By using freefast.food (the "service"), including our website, Captain AI ordering bot, email ordering (support@freefast.food), Google Chat bot, Discord bot, Telegram bot, or any related interface, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. What we do
freefast.food is an AI-mediated ordering service that helps you order food from partner fast-food vendors (Taco Bell, Del Taco, etc.) by using each vendor's loyalty rewards program on your behalf. The vendor charges us at reward prices; we charge you a transparent service price. The actual food is prepared and provided by the vendor at one of their physical locations; we are not the food provider.
2. Account + eligibility
- You must be 18+ to use the service.
- You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You may not impersonate someone else or use the service fraudulently.
3. Orders, pricing, payment
- Prices shown are the price you pay us. Vendor prices may differ.
- Orders are final once placed at the vendor. Cancellations / changes may not be possible after a few seconds — we'll try our best, but cannot guarantee.
- Pickup is at a specific vendor store you select. You're responsible for picking up within the vendor's hold window.
- Promotional codes / discounts are subject to availability and per-customer limits.
4. Refunds
If your order has a problem (missing item, wrong item, store didn't have it), email support@freefast.food within 24 hours and we'll work it out. Refunds are at our discretion but we aim to make it right.
5. AI bot disclaimers
- Our Captain AI bot is an automated assistant, not a human. While we monitor and review, the bot may make mistakes (wrong item, wrong store, misunderstanding your request).
- You may always escalate to a human by replying with "talk to Nick" or emailing us directly.
- The bot will not knowingly mislead you. If you suspect a bot error, contact us.
6. Acceptable use
- No automated / scripted ordering for resale.
- No abuse of promotional offers (creating multiple accounts to claim signup bonuses, etc.).
- No harassment of our team or our AI bots (yes, abusive language to the bot still violates these terms).
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for fraud detection. You may close your account anytime by emailing us.
8. Disclaimers + liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DON'T WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 30 DAYS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by California law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
