How you sign up

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS-consent box during checkout at freefast.food, you consent to receive order-related text messages from freefast.food at the number you provided.

What we send you

freefast.food sends transactional SMS related to your orders:

  • Order-ready notifications — when your food is bagged at the drive-thru, including pickup address and the name to give the cashier.
  • Order-status follow-ups — for example, if you haven't picked up yet after 60-90 minutes, we may text to confirm your plans.
  • Customer-care replies — if you reply to a message with a question or issue, we'll text back to help resolve it.

We do not send promotional or marketing messages without a separate, explicit opt-in.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@freefast.food.

Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Typically 1-3 messages per order.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. freefast.food does not charge you for SMS. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to received messages.

Carrier disclosure

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We collect and use your phone number only to deliver the messages described above. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.

Eligible carriers

Available on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers.
