Down, Here's Why:

Dear Groupon Customers:

Until Groupon:

1. Provides a way for us to automatically authenticate voucher codes on our site (API, app, etc) as customers have been trying to redeem fake numbers, change quantities or options
2. Pays us for 100s of vouchers redeemed and fulfilled that they told us we'd be paid by Jan 2nd and hadn't
3. Reactivates our campaign that was improperly closed on Jan 2nd to keep our money rather than pay us 
   

our Groupon redemption page is down, unless Groupon finally does what's needed to operate properly.

We have costs associated with operating systems, fulfillment, overhead etc and so far, it's just been a waste of time and money dealing with the unnecessary issues that should have been easily taken care of by Groupon by now as a valued partner. 

If Groupon does what's needed, then we will start accepting Groupon vouchers again. 

Kindly contact Groupon and ask them to do the right things to support small businesses to make it easy to do business, authentically and get paid properly promptly.

We appreciate our customers’ understanding and ask Groupon to take prompt action to correct these issues.

In the meantime, you can still save money and get free food via the deals directly on our site.
